Auto Refresh is a simple extension that refreshes a page automatically（自动地） on a given interval（间隔）. There are many extensions to do this but this one is the most straight forward（直截了当）, and easiest to use while still allowing for customization（定制）!

Set your refresh time（刷新时间） by clicking the refresh icon（刷新图标） in your toolbar, setting the minutes & seconds, and hitting（点击） start. You can stop the timer at anytime by hitting the stop button.
